data protection
The cooperative platform Haslital takes data protection seriously. Below is an overview of which data is collected on our website (and for what reason), which tools are used and how your data is processed. For all those who want to deal with the topic in more detail, we have used additional links at the appropriate point.
Principles
The website of the Haslital platform is subject to Swiss data protection law and thus Federal law on data protection. In certain cases, foreign data protection law may also apply, for example the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union. The EU has the Swiss data protection regulations as appropriate accepted.
When we process personal data, we comply with the requirements of Swiss data protection law. In addition, we process - where applicable and if applicable - the data in accordance with the legal basis of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR for the processing of personal data with the consent of the data subject.
- Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR for the necessary processing of personal data to fulfill a contract with the data subject and to carry out corresponding pre-contractual measures.
- Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR for the necessary processing of personal data to fulfill a legal obligation to which we are subject according to any applicable law of the EU or according to any applicable law of a country in which the GDPR is fully or partially applicable.
- Art. 6 para. 1 lit. d GDPR for the necessary processing of personal data in order to protect the vital interests of the data subject or another natural person.
- Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR for the necessary processing of personal data in order to safeguard the legitimate interests of us or third parties, provided that the fundamental freedoms and fundamental rights and interests of the data subject do not prevail. Legitimate interests are in particular our business interest in being able to provide this website, information security, the enforcement of our own legal claims and compliance with Swiss law.
Access to our website - like any other Internet use - is subject to general, indiscriminate, indiscriminate and suspect-independent mass surveillance by security authorities in Switzerland, the EU, the USA and other countries. We have no direct influence on the corresponding processing of personal data by secret services, police stations and other security authorities.

Google Fonts

When you call up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly. If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font will be used by your computer.
Social sharing (Shariff wrapper)
"Sharing is caring". We are happy if you pass on our content. The “Shariff Wrapper” plugin is used to share the content of the Haslital platform on various social media channels. This plugin prevents data from being transmitted to social networks such as Facebook, Twitter or Google Plus without the knowledge of our website visitors. The Shariff Wrapper plugin implements the “Shariff concept” developed by the computer magazine c't, which can be used to create data protection-compliant partial buttons.
The Shariff Wrapper's share buttons protect the privacy of our visitors. A Shariff button only establishes direct contact between the social network and visitors when the latter actively clicks on the share button. Shariff thus prevents visitors from leaving a digital trace on every page they visit and improves data protection. More information about the Shariff solution can be found on the website of the provider Heise Medien GmbH & Co. KG.
